Shipping & Return Policy
Warranties
We warrant the quality of our products against defects upon the departure from our facility. Transportation and storage condition not under our control may void our warranty against defects.
Returns
Any return request due to personal reasons including change of mind or taste dislike, must be received within 30 days of the sale. Damaged goods, including foil cap and label damage etc., disqualify any return request. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and do not include the cost of shipping and handling.
Legal Notice
All alcohol products are sold in Illinois and title passes to the buyer in Illinois. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier for delivery to your selected destination. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent. We highly recommend that you insure any shipments of high value for your protection at your expense.
Delivery of Alcohol Packages
Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO Boxes.
Purchaser and recipient must be over the age of 21 to purchase alcoholic products.
For all alcohol orders, an adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for the order.
Warning
Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony. Asti Wine Consultants' policy is that we will not ship to certain states where direct shipment is prohibited and therefore.
Please contact your local alcoholic beverage control agency for further information. Other restrictions may apply as some states limit the quantity and type of products that may be shipped to an individual address.
Age Verification
By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification.
Order Processing
You will be notified by email to confirm our receipt of your order. We will notify you if there are any inventory, shipping or financial issues. Upon the successful completion of your order processing we will email you a receipt and the relevant tracking numbers. Please contact us directly if you have specific delivery instructions, e.g. gift wrapping or gift card enclosures. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any item ordered. All our offerings are subject to prior sale and allocation restrictions.
Shipping
If there are any weather, holiday schedule and other delivery issues we will notify you to work out the optimal solution. Rush and special handling surcharges may apply.
International Shipping
We do not accept any orders destined outside of the U.S., including U.S. territories.
